Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your items within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must remain intact as it was when delivered.
2. The product must show normal use—damage due to careless handling will not be accepted.
3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be carefully cleaned before initiating the return process.
4. The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
5. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, they will be officially validated within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged outside our responsibility.

How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate a return:

✔ Reason for return request
✔ Photo of the product (if damaged)
✔ First and last name
✔ Full customer address
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please DO NOT send the return to the sender address listed on the packaging, as this is not our return facility.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following provisions, applicable only to natural persons making a legal transaction for personal use rather than commercial or professional purposes.
A. WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.
Since Lume Athletica operates a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after validation. As a result, we cannot stop the shipping process once confirmed, and no refunds can be made before the goods are received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email of your decision to cancel your order. The withdrawal will only be effective once we receive the goods back. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipments in Transit
Since our products may be shipped from various global warehouses, longer transit times may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the items and then proceed with a return if necessary. You may notify us in advance of your withdrawal request.
To ensure fast processing, please provide confirmation of your return shipment once sent.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order under the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping fees (and any additional charges if you selected a premium shipping method instead of the standard option).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request and the returned products.
We will use the same payment method you originally used unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
